Man, I had a revelation come to me. I'm not gonna be before you long, but this just dropped in my spirit. You know, I've omitted on here plenty of times just about confidence, confidence, faith, and different things like that. I never grew up with a lot of

Confidence maybe playing some sports. I had confidence. I will go out and do whatever but outside of that it kind of lacked and Even growing up with faith and different things like that for a long time. I lived off the faith of someone else because That's what I was taught. My grandmother was very influential in my life and all she knew is church Bible study cooking

and going to garage sales, but she was definitely going to church. She was definitely going to Bible study. They were doing prayer meetings. She would, what they do, what they call going to missionary field. She was going house to house, trying to get people saved. So she just did all of these things and it was very spiritual with everything that she did. And

through her, she was kind of like my Bob. really, you know, as a young kid, the King James version of thou art and there was a name, you know, it didn't click. you know, as growing up, you follow what you thought was right. And she was showing me things. She would explain to me about faith. She would always tell me about faith and different things. She would always tell me the story about.

Jacques LaGrange (03:00.876)
my mom bringing me home a bike and me believing that she was going to, but things never really resonated like outside of sports sometimes with that. Like, because in sports for me, things came quicker and I could see the results faster. So for me,

Faith was kind of blurred because when I thought I was having faith in myself and it could have just been the ability to God given talent that God gave me, I could see the results faster. Even going back to an episode I did before called pre-workout. Like the reason why I like my pre-workout, when I take it within about 15 minutes, I can feel it, right? So, but sometimes faith doesn't work like that. Faith is believing in something that you don't see.

and that you're in hope that will happen, right? So one of the things that came to me in Revelation and trying to help myself through my life journey and different things like that is, right? I've always known the scripture, greater he that is in me than he that is in the world. And just understanding how the Holy Spirit works and just different things like that. And the revelation that I came to is that

If I believe that the Holy Spirit is in me, God is in me, He abides in me and I in Him, how good is my faith? If He's in me, how good is my faith in me? How good is my confidence in me? And it really got me to thinking like...

Is your faith really as strong as you think it is? Because you don't believe Holly in yourself, but you claim that he is inside you.

Jacques LaGrange (05:01.826)
How great is your confidence that God will do what he said he's gonna do if he's in you? What kind of confidence do you have? Right? It's like, you know, the verse that talks about God will be a lamp to your feet. But if I know he's in me and he's gonna provide the lamp, do I have the confidence and the faith to take the step? Because faith

without works is dead. So I have to work it, I have to walk, but do I have the faith and the confidence, right? And sometimes it's not all always believing what we think in ourselves, believing it's having the faith and the confidence of knowing the word, which is God, and also knowing that he's inside of you. So the confidence should be believing in the person that

you believe is in charge of this vessel. That's the confidence. That's how you walk with the lamp. He doesn't give you the whole plan. He's just gonna give you steps, right? So if he's guiding my steps, if he's guiding the light to my steps, I have to have the internal confidence and faith in myself of the person or the...

the spirit that is within me. And that's gonna help me build my faith and that's gonna help me build my confidence. Listen, I know this may help somebody, but I'm also really, really talking to myself. I needed that revelation. Maybe my faith isn't as strong as anything because I've gone so long without having faith in myself.

Maybe my confidence isn't strong because I've never had really confidence in myself. But now that I'm trying to align with my spirit and myself, I gotta believe that I really can do all things through Christ that strengthens me. And if he's strengthening me, he has to be on the inside. So I have to have faith that I can do those things. I have to walk into the confidence that I can do those things.

Jacques LaGrange (07:21.826)
because he dwells inside me. I hope this blessed somebody. I hope this was a revelation for somebody as well. I'm just being obedient and saying what I needed to say. I thank you guys for tuning in. Also do the two most important things I always ask you to do. Make sure you live on purpose and make sure you live in purpose. I'll see you guys next time. Peace.
